Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Titan API free?

The Titan API is free to use while in closed beta.

Once the API closed beta testing period expires, you will have the option to choose from different plans (paid and free).

What is the Titan API testing period?

The API testing duration will be decided based on Titan Virtual’s internal testing processes and upon addressing the majority of participants comments and feedbacks.

We will communicate the testing plan via e-mail to the beta users.

What is the process for selecting an individual to test the Titan API?

We consider participants based on their interests, accuracy of registration information, and the order in which the registrations were received.

When and how will I get access to the Titan API?

Once we review your application, we will contact you via email.  Upon approval, we will provide you with a key to start using the API. You can then immediately add natural language capability to your web, mobile, and desktop apps (review our evaluation agreement).

Note: In order to prevent the invitation email from ending up in your junk/spam folder, please add [email protected] address to your contacts.

How can I get access to the Titan API?

Start by completing the Titan API registration form. Note:  Completing the registration does not automatically guarantee access.

How can I verify that I successfully registered for the Titan API?

After submitting the registration form, you will see a notice “Registration form successfully submitted!” on the page. We will not spam you with a confirmation mail. This notice is an indication that you have registered successfully and that we will be evaluating your request.

How do I get started with building applications?

Please review the installation guide “Augment your applications with Titan.”

How do I submit my feedback?

Fill in the Titan evaluation form to send in your questions and comments.  We will address your inquiries as soon as possible.
